Committee members nationwide

Committee Level

There are Four (4) level of the Project Steering Committee.

The Project Steering committee of the ECODEV program is sub divided into 5 levels namely:
The National Steering Committee
The State Steering Committee
The Local Government Steering Committee
The Unit Steering Committee

The National Steering Committee

This committee is responsible for the management of the project in the Country. This committee comprises of the National Executives and Regional Directors.

The State Steering Committee

This committee is responsible for the administration of the project in the States and the committee comprises of the State Executives and District Managers.

The Local Government Committee

This committee is responsible for the administration of the project in the Local Governments and the committee comprises of the Local Government Supervisors and Ward Officers.

The Unit Committee

This committee is responsible for the administration of the project in the Units and the committee comprises of the Unit Agents.

Departments

Administrative Department​

This department is responsible for all administrative documentations like book keeping, correspondences, organizing meetings, agendas, programs, events, publications and more..

Finance Department

This department is responsible for all financial responsibilities in the project like deposits, loans, accounting, payments, wages and welfare. There are two administrative units in this department

Business Department​

This department is responsible for the business activities in the project like Project evaluation, cost verification and evaluation, service provider management, off-taking, and more. There are six (6) administrative units in this department:

Project Department

This department is responsible for the project management which includes product management, quality management and control, member registration. and more. There are eight (8) administrative unit in this department:

Security Department​

This department is responsible for the security of members, production site, personnel and members of committee these includes negotiation and more. There are two administrative units in this department
